Prime Minister Thongloun Sisoulith yesterday led civil servants, police officers, soldiers, representatives from international organisations and the public in Vientiane in releasing 150,000 fingerlings on the occasion of this year’s National Aquatic Animal and Wildlife Conservation Day.
